Faye was amazing in our recent antenatal breastfeeding workshop! She was really informative and offered a non-judgement, friendly and caring atmosphere. We learnt so much in this workshop and would thoroughly recommend it to anyone. We are second time parents and really wish we’d known of Faye the first time round, but it just shows you can always learn more. We will definitely be calling on Faye when baby gets here! I can’t recommend Faye enough, I had a home visit from her in the early days when I was struggling with my daughters latched. She showed me a few changes and we then finally clicked and got the hang of it.

Faye was professional and I felt comfortable around her straight away, she answered any of my worries and questions promptly.

I can’t thank her enough for the help and support she gave me at the start, just wished I found her even sooner to do her antenatal course!

We found Faye to be incredibly knowledgeable and clearly an expert in her field. She carefully assessed our daughter, quickly identified a few things we could improve, and explained why they mattered.

What impressed me most was how well she communicated. It’s one thing to give advice, but another to make sure people actually understand it. Faye was brilliant at judging whether we’d really “got it” and explaining things in a way that was easy to follow.

She also answered every question I threw at her with confidence and patience. No question felt rushed or dismissed, and we came away feeling much more confident in what we were doing.

Before she left, Faye put together a clear plan tailored to our daughter and our situation. Having everything written down in a simple, structured plan made it easy to understand exactly what we need to do next and has given us real confidence moving forward.

I’d happily recommend Faye to any new parents looking for expert, practical and reassuring breastfeeding support. I would also point out that she stayed well beyond the 90 minute appointment - another thing that I’ve found over the years as to be a good sign of somebody’s competence.

I went to Faye's introduction to solids session and it was well structured and research-informed with a wealth of links and recommendations for further reading and research. I'm now really looking forward to our weaning journey and feel empowered to do the best for my baby.

I attended an antenatal feeding class with Faye. It was fantastic, so informative and helpful. Using activities to make it interactive to help with the learning, Faye is so knowledgeable and welcoming. Would certainly recommend her to everyone!

Really informative, we left today so much more empowered on our breast feeding experience. Faye was super friendly and clearly extremely knowledgeable on feeding.
