Are you pregnant with your first child?
Did you have a difficult journey with feeding a child previously?
A consultation in pregnancy can be really helpful to organise your ideas and get to know more about what to expect. We can explore your thoughts and feelings you have around feeding your baby, discuss any worries you might have and look at the basics of positioning and attachment so you feel ready for your new arrival! Antenatal consultations can be done at your home with a partner or other family member and typically last 60 minutes.

Home visits are great way to work through any challenges that you might be having with feeding.
If you need support with…
- A painful latch
- Guidance with feeding your newborn
- Expressing
- Increasing milk supply

- Transitioning from bottle to breast

- Introducing solid foods…
then a home visit can be useful tool. Visits usually last 90 minutes and include 2 weeks of follow up via WhatsApp messaging.

Classes

Antenatal Infant Feeding Workshop

Join me for an antenatal Infant Feeding workshop.

Topics will include...
- how to tell if feeding is going well.
- breastfeeding, expressing and bottle feeding.
- positioning and attachment.
- what to expect with feeding during the early weeks.

Time - 1.30-4.30pm
Venue - Ora (The Wellbeing Company), Willow House, Willowpit Lane, Hilton, DE65 5FN.

Places are limited and a space must be booked for each person attending. If you are booking as a couple, please message me as I can offer a reduced rate. I would encourage you to bring your partner or support person to the session. At the end of the session, you will be asked to complete a short feedback form to review the session content and your experience.

Introduction to Solid Foods Workshop @ Steps Studio

Join Faye from “Feeding with Faye” for an informative and helpful workshop about introducing solid foods to your baby. We’ll explore traditional weaning vs baby led weaning and learn about the signs of readiness for starting solids. You’ll leave feeling more confident with ideas and recipes to try at home.
The ticket price also includes a special baby massage taster session ran by “Bright Beginnings with Emma”.

The workshop will be held at the lovely Steps Studio Swadlincote.
This session is perfect for those with babies 3-6months of age.
Places are limited and a ticket must be booked for each adult attending.
The price includes a space for 1 adult and 1 non-walking infant.
The workshop will be approx 1 hour followed by 30mins of baby massage.
We look forward to meeting you!

Parking - Free on street parking is available or a short walk from parking at the Bus Station on Civic way.

Join Faye from “Feeding with Faye” and Tara from “Nest & Nurture” for an informative and helpful workshop looking at Introducing Solid Foods to your baby.

The workshop will be held at the fabulous Little Moo's Play Barn, 100 Nottingham Road, Somercotes, Alfreton, DE55 4LY.
We will cover baby led weaning vs traditional weaning and signs of readiness for starting solids and you will leave with ideas and recipes to try.
This session is perfect for those with babies 3-6months of age.
Places are limited and a ticket must be booked for each adult attending.
The price includes a space for 1 adult and 1 non-walking infant.
The workshop will be approx 1 hour followed by 1 hour of play at Little Moo's.

PLEASE NOTE
1) Free parking can be found nearby. The Co-op carpark is a few minutes walk away.
2) There are limited spaces for pushchairs, please try to bring your baby in a carrier/sling or car seat if possible.

I attended an antenatal feeding class with Faye. It was fantastic, so informative and helpful. Using activities to make it interactive to help with the learning, Faye is so knowledgeable and welcoming. Would certainly recommend her to everyone!
